Ananya Agrawal is a Future Trainee Solicitor at Clifford Chance LLP, London. She is a law graduate from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, India, a premier law school in India. Ananya is also the Founder, Editor-in-Chief and Host of Ex Curia International, a global forum for International Dispute Resolution. Ananya has extensive experience working with global and Indian law firms such as Allen & Overy, Singapore; AZB & Partners, Mumbai & Khaitan & Co., Mumbai, amongst others. She is an accredited civil-commercial mediator in the UK, Singapore and India. Ananya has been awarded by Justice Arvind Kumar, Indian Supreme Court for her efforts in international peace-making. Ananya is an SCMA accredited mediation advocate, a SIMI certified practitioner in dispute resolution and a certified arbitration advocate by the K&N Hingorani Foundation. An ADR enthusiast, Ananya holds numerous accolades to her name. Ananya is the winner of the most prestigious negotiation competition in India; i.e the Vth NLS NMC (Bangalore), 2019. She represented India at the 22nd International Negotiation Competition (INC), Tokyo, Japan, 2019, the oldest negotiation competition in the world. She secured a special award out of 66 teams present at the prestigious 15th International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) International Commercial Mediation Competition, 2020 held in Paris, France, amongst several other achievements to her name. Ananya regularly judges and coaches international competitions and teams. Ananya has a flair for articulation and entrepreneurship. She avidly enjoys travelling.

Romit is a final year law student at Jindal Global Law School, India. An ADR aficionado, he has a keen interest in the capacity ADR has to transform the scope and accessibility of justice for all. This academic interest is backed by experience in hosting organizing and participating in various domestic and international ADR tournaments. He has also participated in the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court. A voracious reader, Romit has also managed to convert his passion for theatre into something more than a dilettante pastime and has toured nationally while juggling the demands of law school.

Rozalin is a rising fourth year Law student from Singapore with a keen interest in technology, IP and media law. She previously interned with the in-house legal departments at Robert Bosch (SEA) Pte Ltd and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. Being a strong proponent of ADR, she currently serves as the marketing director of the SMU Mediation Negotiation Club and is a member of the marketing team in Ex Curia International. In her free time, she enjoys cooking food from around the world and doing yoga.

Saad Lachenal is Co-chair of Europe and America divisions. He obtained a Bachelor and a Master in Business law at the University of Geneva. During his Master, Saad spent one semester in England, at the University of Sheffield. Aside his studies, Saad worked as a legal assistant in a well renowned law firm in Geneva. Saad completed the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (ECAV) and has started an internship at Allen & Overy. He had the opportunity to represent the Swiss team in Tokyo for the International Negotiation Competition. Saad Lachenal is fluent in French, English and Arabic and has a good command in Italian.

Nyalleng Maisa is both bright and quite motivated woman. She is a holder of honours degree. From a very young age, she believed that in every conflict, communication is key. Whenever there was a conflict between people around her, she would propose a meeting and the issue would be resolved. Most of the conflicts were sourced from miscommunication. This explains her belief that every relationship is reparable. With no intention to undermine the powers of the courts and their ability to resolve issues, she beliefs that ADR is significant. As such she intends to direct her focus in that area.

After a Master degree in Business Law at the Sorbonne Law School and a year at ESCP Business School to specialize in Finance, Soline has started an internship at DLA Piper Paris, in Corporate and IPT. She was is the President of the ESCP Business School Legal Clinic – the Lab’Law - and represented the French team in Tokyo for the International Negotiation Competition. In 2021, she will take the CRFPA - the French bar exam.

Shashwat Agrawal, currently studying at King Edward VI School in Stratford Upon Avon, boasts an impressive academic record. Achieving a Gold Medal in the Senior Math Challenge by UKMT and scoring 96% in the CBSE Grade 10 exams are just some highlights. His prowess extends beyond academics, with internships at the National Cyber-Security Council and the Indian Financial Literacy Initiative. Shashwat also holds leadership roles, notably as a founding member of the Media & Technical Team at Ex Curia International. His interests aren't confined to academics; Shashwat excels in sports like basketball and football, even playing at the national level for Pune FC. He's tech-savvy, having coded webpages and completed a Level-1 Robotics course. Moreover, his commitment to personal growth is evident through participation in workshops like The Growth Workshop by Allen Global Studies Division.
