ECI is elated to announce that it is the Media & Outreach Partner for the National Symposium on Mediation organized by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society (ADRS) of the Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad (SLS-H) in collaboration with the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre (HAC). It is scheduled to be held virtually on the 16th and 17th of April 2022. The Panel Discussion on Mediation aims to provide a detailed understanding of certain niche practices and procedures under the Mediation Draft Bill and Singapore Mediation Convention from an Indian perspective and foster a discussion amongst students about the recent developments in the area of mediation.
